I have prepared and purchased meals at Supperthyme Edmond for several years now. It is so convenient to have some meals in my freezer for those days when I’m busy. I’ve also found it very useful when there are friends or church members who have a new baby or surgery. Many times people want to help but don’t have time to cook or even pick up a meal, but they are more than willing to donate money so that we can deliver several home-prepared meals for them to eat whenever they need it. — Megan M.

February menu:

1.)  *New* Poppyseed Chicken Casserole – This is bound to become a new family favorite in your house. Diced white chicken in a cream sauce made with sour cream and healthy request cream of chicken soup, a hint of lemon, topped with crumbled ritz crackers and a drizzle of butter. Our Broccoli with Almond Topping and Honey Glazed Carrots go great with this casserole. (pan)

2.)  *New* Chicken Divan – A Paula Dean recipe that is to die for! Broccoli and sliced grilled chicken covered in a rich cream sauce that is seasoned with a bit of curry powder, topped with a parmesan crumb topping. Honey Glazed carrots will make for a colorful dinner plate. (pan)

3.)  *New* Spinach Lasagna with Alfredo Sauce – Yummmm! Three cheeses combined with spinach layered between pasta, marinara and alfredo sauce. Our Garlic Butter Dinner Rolls and a fresh garden salad are perfect with this hearty dish. (pan)

4.)  Cheese Tortellini w/ Chicken & Smoked Sausage – A quick and easy meal the entire family can enjoy. Three cheese tortellini, smoked sausage, diced  white chicken, broccoli, a hint of cajun seasoning and chicken broth all simmer on the stove top. Our Corn Bread Muffins round out this meal nicely. 5.)  Crunchy Potato Crusted Chicken Breasts – *Family Fit* Five chicken breasts dipped in ranch and coated in seasoned potato flakes. Add our very popular Asparagus for a light and healthy meal. (pan)

6.)  Broccoli Beef Stir-Fry with Brown Rice – *Family Fit* Beef strips and broccoli in a stir fry sauce served over brown rice, another quick week night meal. (baggie)

7.)  Asian Sesame Chicken Breasts – *Family Fit* Five chicken breasts dipped in a soy sauce egg wash and coated in a sesame seed/bread crumb mixture. Add our Shanghai Veggies or Broccoli with Almond Topping for a light and healthy dinner. (pan)

8.)  Shepherds Pie – *Family Fit* Seasoned ground beef, peas, carrots, and onions all stirred together with a rich brown gravy topped with a layered of real mashed potatoes and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese. Who new this could be a low a calorie meal? Asparagus Bake or Seasoned Green Beans go well with this entree. (pan)

9.)  Catalina Chuck Roast – *Family Fit* A big customer favorite. 2 1/2 pound chuck roast with catalina  dressing, onions and peppers all slow cook in your crock pot. Perfect over our Marvelous Mashed Potatoes. (baggie)

10.) Meatball Stew – *Family Fit* A long thyme customer favorite. Meatballs, peas, carrots, corn, potatoes, onions, seasonings all in a rich red wine broth. Our Corn Bread Muffins are perfect beside a big bowl of this delicious stew. (baggie)
