February menu:
1.) *New* Poppyseed Chicken Casserole – This is bound to become a new family favorite in your house. Diced white chicken in a cream sauce made with sour cream and healthy request cream of chicken soup, a hint of lemon, topped with crumbled ritz crackers and a drizzle of butter. Our Broccoli with Almond Topping and Honey Glazed Carrots go great with this casserole. (pan)
2.) *New* Chicken Divan – A Paula Dean recipe that is to die for! Broccoli and sliced grilled chicken covered in a rich cream sauce that is seasoned with a bit of curry powder, topped with a parmesan crumb topping. Honey Glazed carrots will make for a colorful dinner plate. (pan)
3.) *New* Spinach Lasagna with Alfredo Sauce – Yummmm! Three cheeses combined with spinach layered between pasta, marinara and alfredo sauce. Our Garlic Butter Dinner Rolls and a fresh garden salad are perfect with this hearty dish. (pan)
4.) Cheese Tortellini w/ Chicken & Smoked Sausage – A quick and easy meal the entire family can enjoy.
