I love Supperthyme because of the convenience. I leave the meals in my freezer and when I need a quick and healthy meal I defrost in the fridge overnight and then come home and make a hot, delicious meal in 30 minutes (with no prep or cleanup other than the plates we eat on!) and even have left overs for the next day.
