Chicken Enchilada Casserole - March Crock Pot Meal

Chicken breasts in a rich, red enchilada sauce with black beans. Once fully cooked you shred the chicken, add the provided corn tortilla pieces and top with cheese. This would be great with our Creamy Mexican Corn.
