Back by popular demand, this soup was just on our crock pot menu a few months ago but we decided to give it another go. Stock up, because it wont be available again until fall. A hearty soup with tomatoes, green chiles, velveeta, seasoned ground beef (now cooked in our kitchen), corn and spices. An order of our Cornbread Muffins are perfect with this soup.
