What Can I Do with Leftovers from my September Crock Pot Meals?

We curate each of our monthly crock pot meals to be interesting, family-friendly and delicious but we also like to make them versatile enough in case you have leftovers.
Here are some of our suggestions for stretching your crock pot meals and what to do with those leftovers (if you have any).

Dill Pickle Crock Pot Roast

Dill Pickle Pot Roast makes great sandwiches.

Add some bread, mayo, a slice of cheese and maybe some potato chips on the side and dinner is served! Make it extra special by toasting a hoagie roll and melting the cheese!

Chicken Curry Crock Pot Meal

Chicken Curry can be turned into an awesome stir fry.

Simply sauté a few of your favorite veggies (we love onions and peppers) and then toss in your leftover chicken curry.

Country Chicken & Gravy - September Crock Pot Meal

Country Chicken and Gravy can be converted into an amazing casserole that will have your family asking for seconds!

Place it in a casserole dish with some frozen mixed veggies and top with stove top stuffing mix and bake!

Fiesta Chicken and Spicy Ranch Chicken are so versatile, countless options for leftovers.

Add a little cheese and roll into flour tortillas and bake for quick and easy taquitos, serve over nachos, add to a cold salad, make a burrito bowl, or add to a baked sweet potato.

Creamy Italian Chicken is another entree that can be used for a casserole.

Add cooked rice and a little shredded cheese, top with crushed butter crackers and bake.
