January Crock Pot Menu
January is National Slow Cooker Month, so let's start celebrating! Slow Cookers/Crock Pots help us to make delicious meals and maximize our time to spend doing things that don't involve cooking. With minimal prep and minimal clean up, our January crock pot menu allows you to just thaw the night before, dump your meal in the morning and dinner is made simple.
Tender pork roast slow cooked with onions, carrots and several spices including thyme and rosemary! Add our new Buttery Lemon Peas with this entree.
Chicken breasts and broccoli florets in the creamy Alfredo sauce that our customers love! We are including bowtie pasta with this entree. Our Honey Glazed Carrots go really well with this meal.
Who says cranberries are only for the holidays? These meatballs in a tangy, slightly sweet cranberry sauce are good over rice or simply served as an appetizer with toothpicks! If serving as an entree, you might add some Broccoli with Almond Topping.
This entree used to be on our classics menu because it was so frequently requested. You can't go wrong with this meal, it's a crowd pleaser! Chicken breasts in creamy sauce flavored with our homemade Italian Seasoning. We include egg noodles with this recipe and usually suggest our Broccoli with Almond Topping as a side.
An easy Asian dish that includes the rice. Tender chicken in a savory honey-garlic sauce with broccoli florets.
We really need to have this on the classics menu, because we have customers ask for it often. This beef roast is fork tender and well seasoned, with a bit of a kick from the pepperoncini peppers. Perfect with our Marvelous Mashed Potatoes.
A classic ST recipe from way back in the day! Chicken, pinto beans, black beans, diced tomatoes and more with classic chili spices. Our Green Chile Cheddar Cornbread is a must with this meal!
Back by popular demand, this soup was just on our crock pot menu a few months ago but we decided to give it another go. Stock up, because it wont be available again until fall. A hearty soup with tomatoes, green chiles, velveeta, seasoned ground beef (now cooked in our ktichen), corn and spices. An order of our Cornbread Muffins are perfect with this soup.
Smoked sausage and diced potatoes in a cheesy sauce. We expect this to become a fan favorite. Oven Roasted Green Beans would go nicely with this hearty dish.
Don't let the word "vegan" deter you from this soup. It's full of flavor with pinto beans, bell peppers, onions, tomatoes and more. Corn tortilla strips included. Another soup that pairs well with either our regular Corn Bread Muffins or our Green Chile Cheddar Corn Bread.
